Common Area Committee (CAC)
The Common Area Committee goals are as follows:
- The Committee shall meet regularly to evaluate the common areas in
TrailMark and to take action to maintain and improve those areas, so as
to provide a more beautiful and safe place to live, and to raise the
quality of living for the community.
- Work with the Design & Review Committee, Finance Committee, and other
committees as appropriate on safety, aesthetic, growth and public domain issues.

Communication/Newsletter Committee (CNC)
The Communications Committee goals are as follows:
- Work with the HOA Board and Committees to disseminate relevant information to all TrailMark
Board Members, Committee members and Homeowners.
- Advise Board and membership on calendar events
- Publish and distribute the homeowners bi-monthly newsletter, and annual community directory
- Create a sense of community and image for TrailMark homeowners

Community Center Committee (CCC)
The Community Center Committee goals are as follows:
- Investigate the feasibility of building a community center and/or swimming pool in TrailMark,
including researching appropriate land for the venture and obtaining adequate financial/legal/environmental
data regarding this type of development.
- Present our findings to the TrailMark community through HOA meetings and postings on the
community web site.
- Once information is gathered, hold a community vote on the issue. If approved, actively
pursue the most cost-effective, timely means to bring this improvement to TrailMark.

Covenant Control Committee (CCC)
- Shall consist of Homeowners of Trailmark
- Shall work closely with Hammersmith Management
- Shall meet regularly
The Covenant Control Committee Goals are as follows:
- Educate and inform the homeowners on the Covenants
- Review existing covenants for clarity and applicability.
- Assist the Management Company by reviewing reported violations.
- Work with the Management Company to establish processes for the Covenant compliance process.
- Discuss communication options of the covenants to help better communicate Covenant information.

Design & Review Committee (DRC)
The Design & Review Committee goals are as follows:
- Uphold the esthetic value and visual integrity of the community
- Act as community liaison to the HOA Board
- Supervise homeowner activity for compliance to covenants

Finance Committee (FC)
The Finance Committee goals are as follows:
- Manager fund reserves for future capital expenses
- Review of contract services for which homeowners pay
- Review of the collection policy and relationship to HOA dues delinquencies

Safety Committee
The Safety Committee goals are as follows:
- Safety concerns (unrelated to violations of covenants, which would
be handled by the Design & Review Committee)
- Help support and increase participation in the already underway
Community Watch programs
- Work with Police, Fire and Emergency Medical
personnel and the City Government related to making our community
safer Coordination of community education on matters of health,
safety and security
- Work with agencies to recommend ways to make
the streets of Trailmark safer. (i.e. signs, speed limits, police
enforcement)
- Communicate with the residents in the newsletter and
through other means on these and other matters related to those mentioned above

Social Committee (SC)
The Social Committee goals are as follows:
- Create an annual social events calendar and manage/oversee those events
- Ensure community wide participation at community events

All of the committees' actions shall be in accordance with the TrailMark Homeowners
Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, the Bylaws of
TrailMark Homeowners Association, as currently amended, and all other applicable
laws and regulations.
