Communication/Newsletter Committee (CNC)
The Communications Committee goals are as follows:
  • Work with the HOA Board and Committees to disseminate relevant information to all TrailMark Board Members, Committee members and Homeowners.
  • Advise Board and membership on calendar events
  • Publish and distribute the homeowners bi-monthly newsletter, and annual community directory
  • Create a sense of community and image for TrailMark homeowners

TrailMark Tracks Advertising Pricing is as follows:
The TrailMark Newsletter is a free bimonthly publication exclusively for the
800 plus residents of the TrailMark HOA.
Rates Per Issue
Business Card Size 3 ½"(w) x 2"(h) $ 25.00
¼ Page 4"(w) x 5"(h) $ 50.00
½ Page 8"(w) x 5"(h) $ 75.00
Full Page 8"(w) x 10 ½"(h) $100.00
Classified Ad:
Residents $1.00 per line. Minimum 2 Lines personal, 3 Lines business. 30
characters maximum per line. No enhancements available.
Insert: 8 ½" x 11" $ 125.00
850 single sheets. Insert to be printed on 20# paper maximum, and supplied
by customer for insertion at printers.

Ad copy and payment may be dropped in the box marked TrailMark Newsletter
Ads at: 9742 S. Iris Ct., in Star Canyon Patio Homes, or mailed to:
TrailMark HOA, P.O. Box 270566, Littleton, CO 80127. (PDF/JPG files are best
and may be sent to communications@TrailMarkhoa.org )

Do not fax ads, as we cannot guarantee quality of reproduction. All ads must
be black and white only, and copy ready.

Advertising copy and inserts must be received no later than the 15th of the
month prior to publication, and payment in full must accompany each advertisement.

The TrailMark Newsletter is scheduled to be published in February, April,
June, August, October & December.

Ads can be in two formats (electronic sent directly to communications@TrailMarkhoa.org) or paper (to be included with this form and your check). Filling out this form ensures that your payment will be properly credited and that you will receive a copy of the newsletter in which your ad is placed. Thanks!

NOTE - The DEADLINE for any submission, advertising or text copy, will be the
fifteenth of the month prior to production. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
(eg., If you do not have your article, ad or information to the
Communications Committee by May 20th, IT WILL NOT RUN IN THE JUNE EDITION)
The newsletter committee must draw a line in the sand to respect
